Simon F. Nynens Chairman, President & Chief
Executive Officer

Mr. Nynens is Chairman and CEO of Wayside Technology Group, Inc. He joined the company in January 1998. He has held various positions including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Wayside Technology Group, he worked for Ernst & Young in Amsterdam, Holland. Mr. Nynens is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey as well as a Registered Accountant in the Netherlands and a member of the Royal Dutch Institute of Registered Accountants. Simon Nynens was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayside Technology Group in January 2006, and appointed as Chairman of the Board on June 14, 2006.
He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School. Mr. Nynens currently also serves as Chairman of the Board of the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC), and is a Board member of the New Jersey Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

Kevin T. Scull Vice President and
Chief Accounting Officer
Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Kevin Scull was appointed
Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in January 2006. Mr.
Scull served as Corporate Controller of the company since January
2003. Prior to joining Wayside Technology Group, Mr. Scull previously
worked for Niksun Inc. as Accounting Manager since January 2001
and prior to that he worked for Telcordia Inc. since December 2000
as Manager of Accounting Policies. He is a certified Public Accountant
in New Jersey.
Vito Legrottaglie Vice President of Operations & Information Systems
Vito Legrottaglie was appointed to the position of vice president
of Information Systems in June 2003, after rejoining the company
in February 2003. Mr. Legrottaglie had previously served as vice
president of Information Systems from 1999-2000 and had been with
the company since 1996. Mr. Legrottaglie has also held the positions
of chief technology officer at Swell Commerce Incorporated, vice president of Operations for The Wine Enthusiast Companies, and director of Information Systems at Barnes and Noble.
Daniel T. Jamieson Vice President
and General Manager - Lifeboat Distribution
Dan Jamieson was appointed vice president and general manager of
Lifeboat Distribution in April 2003.
Prior to that, and since 1992, Mr. Jamieson
held various sales and marketing management positions with the company.
Richard J. Bevis Vice President Marketing
Richard Bevis was appointed Vice President Marketing
in July 2007. Prior to joining Wayside Technology Group, Inc.,
Mr. Bevis previously worked for Covance Inc. as Senior
Director Marketing Communication from 2003 to 2007. He also held
the position of Vice President Corporate Communications for Eyretel plc
from 2002 to 2003.
Shawn J. Giordano Vice President of Sales - Programmer's Paradise and TechXtend
Shawn Giordano was appointed Vice President of Sales in August 2008. Mr. Giordano joined Wayside Technology Group in November 2007 as Senior Director of Sales for Programmer's Paradise and TechXtend. Prior to joining Wayside Technology Group, he worked for CA, Inc. (Computer Associates) from 2000 to 2007, most recently as Director of Channel Sales. Mr. Giordano began his career at Microwarehouse, Inc., and in over eight years with that company, progressed through positions of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and management. Mr. Giordano received a bachelor of science degree in management information science from the Stillman School of Business, Seton Hall University. |
