Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Foster joined Climb Global Solutions with over 20 years of industry and channel experience. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Foster was with Promark Technology since 1988 and served as President since 1997. Mr. Foster held various sales and product manager positions leading up to 1997 and was responsible for the strategic direction of the company along with overseeing Promark’s national sales force. With the acquisition of Promark by Ingram Micro in 2012, Mr. Foster became Executive Director and General Manager overseeing the growth strategies of the Promark emerging vendor division. Mr. Foster is a 1987 Graduate of The Rochester Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor’s of Technology in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Foster also holds an Associate’s degree in electrical engineering from Alfred State University.

Andrew Clark

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Clark joined Wayside Technology Group, now Climb Global Solutions, in June of 2021 with over 35 years of experience as a finance and operating executive for both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Clark most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Medisolv, Inc., a provider of SaaS based software solutions to hospitals and physicians where he led all business operations, including finance. Mr. Clark’s experience includes serving as Managing Principal and COO of Evergreen Advisors, LLC, a middle market investment bank and corporate advisory firm; executive positions, including President of the East Regional Business Unit, with Verio, Inc. (VRIO-NASDAQ); numerous finance and operating positions, with Integrated Health Services, Inc. (IHS-NASDAQ), including Vice President Corporate Controller. In addition, Mr. Clark served as a member of the Board of Directors of SafeNet, Inc. (SFNT-NASDAQ) and Howard Bancorp, (HBMD-NASDAQ).

Mr. Clark began his career at KPMG where he served in various capacities, including Senior Manager. Mr. Clark received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Washington and Lee University.

Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Bass currently serves as Vice President of Alliances and Marketing at Climb Channel Solutions. Most recently, Mr. Bass was the Vice President of Channel Sales at Blue Medora and served as Vice President of Vendor Alliances and Marketing for Promark Technology, an Ingram Micro Company. Mr. Bass had overall responsibility for all marketing and vendor relationships. He had been part of the Promark Technology leadership team since joining the company in 2010. Mr. Bass was promoted to Promark Technology’s Board of Directors in 2012 and was part of the management team that successfully executed Promark’s acquisition by Ingram Micro in 4Q, 2012. Mr. Bass has over 26 years of sales, channel, marketing and business development experience in technology solutions. Mr. Bass worked at Hewlett Packard and LeftHand Networks where he was responsible for channel sales in North America for StorageWorks and LeftHand Networks products respectively. Prior to Hewlett Packard and LeftHand Networks, he held various sales leadership positions at Brocade Corporation, McDATA Corporation, and IBM.

Mr. Bass received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1987 and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in 1990.

Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Mr. Legrottaglie was appointed to the position of Vice President and Chief Information Officer in February 2015, after having served as Vice President of Information Systems since June 2003. Mr. Legrottaglie rejoined the company in February 2003 having previously served as director of Information Systems and then Vice President of Information Systems from 1996-2000. Mr. Legrottaglie has also held the positions of Chief Technology Officer at Swell Commerce Incorporated, Vice President of Operations for The Wine Enthusiast Companies, and Manager of Information Systems at Barnes and Noble.

Matthew Sullivan

Chief Accounting Officer

Mr. Sullivan, age 35, has 13 years of accounting and financial leadership experience. He joined the Company in January 2019 and has risen internally to his most recent role as Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Sullivan spent two years with Jackson Hewitt as Director of Accounting. Prior to joining Jackson Hewitt, Mr. Sullivan began his professional career in public accounting, including five years with BDO USA. Mr. Sullivan received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Kutztown University.
